What We Do
Medular specialises in the design, offsite manufacture, and onsite construction and fit-out of modular buildings for the healthcare sector.
We work with a range of clients including the NHS and private healthcare providers and offer a seamless process from concept and design to the finished building and landscaping.

Design
Our in-house experts create a bespoke modular building to meet specific requirements and to fit within space constraints in 3D design.
Project Management
Our in-house project managers work with our clients every step of the way to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
Off-site Manufacturing
Once the design is signed off and any planning requirements met, our partner Young Site Services construct the building off-site in their factory in Hull.
On-site Construction
Depending on a client’s landscaping requirements, the site will be prepared for the arrival of the new building and installed via crane. Our project manager helps to ensure all the correct utilities and services are on-site, ready to be installed.
